Each offer says whether the seller, the platform, or both pay the discount. If it comes from the seller, it starts only after the seller accepts it. The platform pays only up to its commission. Freight uses the rate in force on the order date. The Sagawa table published now ends on 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027 that freight is not calculated until a new table is entered. The panel warns when a tariff has gone more than 12 months without an update.
