The status of residence, whether work is allowed, permission for activity outside that status, and the end of the period of stay. Without permission to work, the registration is not approved. With that permission, the recorded limit is 28 hours per week. The account is suspended when the period ends, with a notice 30 days before. An administrator checks the card before approval.

Every motorized vehicle requires a category, including when the identity document is a residence card or a passport. An ordinary license covers a van up to 3.5 t gross weight. A van above 3.5 t needs a quasi-medium category or higher. The category up to 125 cc does not cover a larger motorcycle. Automatic-transmission, 5 t and 8 t limits are stored and narrow the vehicle. An expired license blocks registration and cargo assignment.

The reading that suggests the name, date of birth, expiry and number is optional. Without the mark, the person fills those fields. The license photo stays protected for the team review and is deleted on approval, on refusal, or after 30 days if the registration is still pending. The selfie and, for a foreigner, the residence card stay on the registration. It is sent to Anthropic, in the United States, only when that reading is on and the person marks the authorization.

During registration, the photo can be read up to 10 times in the same hour, per account and per network. The image must be a JPG or PNG of up to 2 MB. If reading pauses, fill in the fields and submit the registration.

On courier registration you choose employee or contractor. A contractor may give the qualified invoice number, T and 13 digits. A number in another shape is not stored. Without the number, the service is not recorded as a purchase with consumption tax.

The delivery counts with a photo or the customer PIN. The sheet shows whether the code was typed or read by the camera, and the confirmation time. When the device sends a position, the sheet shows that too. An open complaint that the parcel was not delivered blocks payment of that sheet.

The module opens only for a person who has a driver license. Without the license, registration does not continue. A person who marks Japanese sends the license, front and back, and a selfie holding the license near the face. A person who marks foreign sends the license, front and back, the residence card, front and back, and the same selfie. The selfie is always required. A passport, a My Number card, and a residence-record copy do not replace the license.

How to do it
1. Leave the sending consent unchecked.
2. Type the license and vehicle data, including the gearbox for a car, van or truck.
3. Submit the registration.

What happens next
A person checks the data. A residence card, when that is the document, stays stored during the relationship and for 3 years after.
