Rematar Produto / Auctions

By listing a product in Rematar Produto (auction) or by placing a bid, you accept these terms.

Warranty

The original factory warranty and any warranty previously applied to the product are invalidated. There is no further right to use that warranty for items listed or sold via Rematar Produto / auction.

No refund after listing

After a product is included in Rematar Produto, there is no right to a refund arising from that listing decision. Bids are binding; winning bidders must complete the purchase.

Used goods

Only used products may be listed. Items are sold as-is regarding condition and warranty unless otherwise stated in the listing.
