Checkout and payment

By completing checkout you confirm your order details, chosen payment method, and that you are authorised to pay. Prices and availability are as shown at the time of confirmation.

Your agreement

• You will pay the total shown (including tax and shipping where applicable)
• Payment processing is subject to our payment provider terms
• Chargebacks and disputes are governed by our policies

1. Freight origin

1.1 Freight uses the seller’s dispatch prefecture, or the platform origin already configured when the product belongs to the platform.

1.2 The published table with a blank origin is the Kansai departure table. It does not apply to another prefecture.

1.3 When that origin has no rate, the freight is not calculated.

1. Freight effective dates

1.1 Freight uses the rate in force on the order date.

1.2 The Sagawa table published now ends on 31/12/2026. From 01/01/2027 that freight is not calculated until a new table is entered.

1.3 The panel warns when a tariff has gone more than 12 months without an update.

Update 1. Saved address

A saved address closes the order only when it meets the same rule as registration. If the number is missing or the postal code is invalid, the customer completes it before confirming. The correction is stored in the address book.

Update 2. Delivery position

The proof position is the device at that moment or the photo. The order address does not count. Without that position, automatic confirmation does not happen and the seller is told.
