Conversations are for legitimate communication related to orders, listings, or support. You must not harass, spam, or share illegal or harmful content.

Conduct

• Respect other users and platform staff
• Do not share personal or payment details insecurely
• We may review and act on reports of abuse or policy breach

Update 1. Reading by the support team

The support team may read plaintext messages in order to provide support. Protected messages stay unreadable to the team. Each time a conversation is opened or answered, the record keeps who did it, when, and the network address.
