Delivery partner

By registering as a delivery partner you agree to perform deliveries safely, on time, and in line with the instructions provided. You must have the right to work and any required permits in your area.

Adherence to delivery windows and customer contact rules
Handling of packages and proof of delivery as required

Update 1. Residence card and work

For a residence card, registration asks for the status of residence, the work restriction, permission for activity outside that status, and the end of the period of stay. Without permission to work, the registration is not approved. With permission for activity outside status, the recorded limit is 28 hours per week. The courier account is suspended when the period of stay ends, with a notice 30 days before. An administrator checks the card before approval.

Update 2. License category and the vehicle

A motorized vehicle requires a license category, whichever identity document is used. An ordinary license covers a van up to 3.5 t gross weight. Above that, a quasi-medium category or higher is required. The category up to 125 cc does not cover a larger motorcycle. Automatic-transmission, 5 t and 8 t limits are recorded and narrow the vehicle. An expired license blocks registration and cargo assignment.

Update 3. Courier document images

The document photo may be sent to Anthropic, a provider in the United States, only with your consent, to suggest the registration fields. Only those fields are stored. The image is encrypted and deleted when the registration is approved or refused, or after 30 days if it is still pending. In the admin panel, only the compliance profile can open the image, and each opening is recorded.

Update 4. Courier relationship

On registration you say whether you are an employee or a contractor. A contractor may give the qualified invoice number, a T followed by 13 digits. Without that number, the service is not recorded as a purchase with consumption tax.

Update 5. Delivery proof

Each delivery needs a photo or the customer PIN. The sheet shows whether the code was typed or read by the camera, and the time and position of the confirmation when the device provides them. While a non-delivery complaint is open on that order, the sheet stays blocked for payment.

Update 6. License, residence card and reading

A license limited to an automatic gearbox is not assigned a manual car, van or truck. The residence card image stays encrypted while the relationship lasts and for 3 years after it ends. Automatic reading is optional: without consent, the registration continues with the typed fields and a person checks them. The reading asks for a confirmed email or phone, not a document that is already approved.

Update 8. Japanese nationality

A person of Japanese nationality submits a driver license. The My Number card is optional, only the front is accepted, and the 12-digit number is not collected. The residence card, the status of residence, permission for activity outside that status, the 28-hour weekly limit, and suspension when the period of stay ends do not apply. Mentions of the residence card in this text do not apply either. The license category, the vehicle, and the relationship chosen on the form still apply.

Update 9. Proof of Japanese nationality

Choosing Japanese nationality does not skip the check. A person reviews either a Japanese passport or a residence-record copy that shows the registered domicile (住民票の写し and 本籍). The My Number is not requested or stored. A driver license does not prove nationality. Without that proof, the residence-card flow applies, including the 28-hour weekly limit. Update 8 stays in the history; this update is the current rule.

Update 10. Driver license

This module opens only for a person who has a driver license. Without the license, registration does not continue. A person who marks Japanese sends the license, front and back, and a selfie holding the license near the face. A person who marks foreign sends the license, front and back, the residence card, front and back, and the same selfie with the license. The selfie is always required. A passport, a My Number card, and a residence-record copy do not replace the license. Update 9 stays in the history. This update is the current rule.

Update 11. License photo on the registration

The reading that suggests the name, date of birth, expiry and number is optional. Without the mark, the person fills those fields. The license photo stays protected for the team review and is deleted on approval, on refusal, or after 30 days if the registration is still pending. The selfie and, for a foreigner, the residence card stay on the registration. The license photo is sent to Anthropic, in the United States, only when that reading is on and the person marks the authorization.
