About Marketplace

The marketplace allows sellers to list and sell products and buyers to purchase from multiple sellers. All transactions are subject to platform terms, payment and shipping policies.

Rules

• Sellers must provide accurate listings and fulfil orders as described
• Buyers must pay for orders and comply with return/refund policy
• Images and content are exclusive to the marketplace and auction as per platform policy

1. Who pays the offer discount

1.1 Each offer records whether the discount comes from the seller, the platform, or a split between them.

1.2 When the discount comes from the seller, it applies only after the seller accepts it. The platform covers a discount only up to its commission.

1.3 Until an order cap is stored, a coupon, a weekday discount, and points do not stack on an offer that has a discount. The unit price does not reach zero.

1. Freight origin

1.1 Freight uses the seller’s dispatch prefecture, or the platform origin already configured when the product belongs to the platform.

1.2 The published table with a blank origin is the Kansai departure table. It does not apply to another prefecture.

1.3 When that origin has no rate, the freight is not calculated.

1. Freight effective dates

1.1 Freight uses the rate in force on the order date.

1.2 The Sagawa table published now ends on 31/12/2026. From 01/01/2027 that freight is not calculated until a new table is entered.

1.3 The panel warns when a tariff has gone more than 12 months without an update.
