Seller account

Applying as a seller means you agree to sell only lawful goods, to describe products accurately, and to fulfil orders in line with platform and buyer expectations.

Obligations

Provide valid business/ID and contact details
Honour pricing, stock and shipping commitments
Handle returns and refunds according to policy

1. Who pays the offer discount

1.1 Each offer records whether the discount comes from the seller, the platform, or a split between them.

1.2 When the discount comes from the seller, it applies only after the seller accepts it. The platform covers a discount only up to its commission.

1.3 Until an order cap is stored, a coupon, a weekday discount, and points do not stack on an offer that has a discount. The unit price does not reach zero.

Update 1

The shop prefecture is required. Without it, or without a published tariff for that origin, carrier freight is not calculated and the order does not close. The Kansai table does not apply to another region.
