An order can be cancelled only before it ships. A return by the customer’s choice is only for unused goods, when you contact us within 8 days of arrival, and the customer pays the return shipping. For defective, damaged or wrongly sent goods, contact us within 8 days of arrival. We pay for the exchange or the refund.
