New goods. After payment is confirmed, we usually ship within 3 to 7 business days. Large furniture ships within 7 to 14 business days after the order, and we send the delivery date separately. An order can be cancelled only before it ships. A return by the customer’s choice is only for unused goods, when you contact us within 8 days of arrival, and the customer pays the return shipping. For defective, damaged or wrongly sent goods, contact us within 8 days of arrival. We pay for the exchange or the refund.
